Assistant Manager - Employee Relations

a) Assist in the development and execution of MIMOS's Employee Engagement Model
b) Assist in the development, execution and assessment of positive employee relations plans
c)Implements employee relations programs and administer employee relations processes and procedures
Requirements:
a) Degree Holder preferably in HR
b) At least with 6 years of experience in related field
c) Good interpersonal skills
d) Good communication and written skills - Malay and English
