As a programmer, I’m almost ashamed to admit that I’m rather bland. I’m not a designer – I just make a Website do things. At the same time, once I’ve built a store, I have to show the client how to use it. That’s where this book comes in.
I use it as a lesson guide in teaching others how to use their store.
If you have a store and want to manage it properly, get this book. The book has a conversational style to it, which I enjoy. I can read the book if I’m away from a computer and know for a fact that I can make something work when I get back to work on a store, or was given an idea that I wanted to try out. Once in awhile, however, I had a question that I thought needed a more detailed answer. In the book is a customer support e-mail address. Try it! Someone actually writes back! I can safely say that I didn’t just buy a book, I got the people with it.
